Service Description. This Site describes Mobile Notary, Document Notarization, Real Estate Notary Services, Affidavit Notarization provided by TTexasNotary. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://ttexasnotary.com is the property of TTexasNotary or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. TTexasNotary may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. TTexasNotary makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. TTexasNotary is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
